Meet Chef Rachel

Head Chef Rachel LeDay is a native Houstonian whose roots are anchored in Louisiana. She comes from a line of cooks and cafe owners so being in the kitchen is second nature. 



She began cooking with her grandmother and father at an early age but received prestigious formal training at the world famous  school of culinary arts; Le Cordon Bleu in Tucker, Georgia under the leadership of Master Chef Daryl Shular one of two Chef in the country to Earn Prestigious Master Chef (CMC) Designation in 2014.



Chef Rachel now owns De'LehCar Fine Catering where an highly trained staff have the experience to create any dish guaranteed to please your Palate'.
