SALADS
Fresh salads from our organic farm.
Mixed Salad A bed of fresh spinach and romaine lettuce served with assorted seasonal vegetables and garlic croutons. Topped with your desired choice of dressing.
Caesar Salad A fresh bed of romaine lettuce, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, and butter croutons. Drizzled with olive oil dressing.
HORS D'OEUVRES
PRAWNS DE' COCKTAIL Lemon seasoned grilled prawns chilled to perfection served with a traditional cocktail sauce.
SWEET & SPICY SHRIMP SALSA A hot and tangy yet sweet mango salsa blended to perfection infused with fresh gulf shrimp, chilled and served with pita chips.
PINWHEEL DE' ENCHILADA Choose from a spinach, jalapeño, or tomato basil tortilla stuffed with a puree of spicy chicken, various cheeses and cilantro rolled and chopped into the most delicious pinwheels.

SOUTHERN PEACH COBBLE A LA MODE Ripe peaches and their sweet nectar candied to tenderness and baked within a lightly brushed cinnamon sugar and butter crust.
FRENCH QUARTER CHEESECAKE A cheesecake infused with a the likings of a sweet potato pie. Perfectly paired with a caramel and pecan drizzle.
CREME' BURLEE' Classic Custard baked with crackable sugar crust.
REFRESHMENTS
INFUSED WATER Water infused with any combination of two fresh fruits and or crisp vegetables.
TEA Our delicious tea can be served sweetened or un-sweetened and with various flavors such as Raspberry, Peach or Mango.
